Jack I. Williams, Jr., P.E.
Jack I. Williams, Jr., P.E. is a Mechanical Engineering graduate from Old Dominion University in Norfolk, Virginia with over 20 years of detailed design, project management, and construction experience serving government, commercial, and industrial clients. Mr. Williams is President of Williams Engineering, PC of Chesterfield County, Virginia. His design and construction experiences with laboratory environments include cleanrooms, space pressurization, hoods for product and personnel protection, hazardous exhaust, temperature and humidity control. He enjoys working with teams to deliver cost effective solutions established by owners and understands the importance of the need for, and is able to establish, good communications focused on achieving the project goals. He has served in many different roles on projects including Engineer of Record, design lead, construction support, project manager, and third party reviewer. Mr. Williams has recently completed a 50,000 SF Bio-technology project in Silver Spring Maryland serving as the Engineer of Record and working with Montgomery County government.
Mr. Williams is a member of the ISPE, and the National Society of Professional Engineers (Regional Vice President and member of the Executive Board 1998-2001)
